I know its been some time back when I outlined a method of storing the PDF revisions of any drawing and storing a link from the pdf in Google Docs to a spreadsheet, well this video is realy a catch up on that blog.
The more I use Google Docs the more I like it, my office is Virtual, in that my business partner is 140 miles aweay, yet anything he writes I can see instantly, I can even alter whilst he is writing, its that good. and storage is just not a problem, ok I keep backup of every thing in Googles Cloud, just in case, but this is a very effective way of working and sharing both pdf drawings and written documents
