For the last few years I have posted blogs and related a lot of the photo’s to Flickr, that is remaining, I get so many hits looking at past and new photos I have posted, but as part of my dabbles with Google, I have now shared some of the photos onto googles picasa web site, they are much the same, but as I’m unsure how much search engine take note of what’s available on Flickr, I thought it might cover the bases a little more.
Like many things in Google it’s not alway as slick as Apple, they work well, often better, hence my love of gmail, but just don’t have the finess, so here’s a link to the site, I hope it works.
The photo is of the Picasa app, running on my mac, I spent a lot of time pulling out photo’s from iPhoto to set it up, mostly as a backup, but it might be that I can use it to more effect for the blog. I did at one stage set up the web, picasa site direct, but suddenly realised that the app controls this, not the other way round, so had to start again with the Mac app then the web site. Again Googles way is often geeky. Want to know why I’m putting in effort to Google+ and other things Google, see this post on Socialmediatoday.com
The photo in the bottom of the picture is of the global reach of the Konstrukshon blog, we hit almost every nation, bar a couple of mid Africa countries, and regularly reach 6000 hits a month.
