Whoopeeeeeeee, there is a structural program for Vectorworks, or rather Nemetschek, it’s called Scia. Founded in 1974, Nemetschek Scia is a software company headquartered in Belgium, which develops, markets and supports software products for structural engineering and structural analysis in the construction market. Scia’s software like the Scia Engineer software is typically used to design buildings, bridges, and other complex engineering structures. Jump to the online graphic book for more info, all I need now is for my engineer to take it on, pie in the Sky did I hear you say. I will have to find out about file compatibility with 2010 and other items such as 3D import and structural sections used, calc methods etc.
