I was talking to Joh Pickup of Archoncad last night and he gave me ta couple of cracking links to web sites The first, AECCAFE, I’ll review here,  its a new site that is crammed with Architectural style info, A little USA based, but that’s OK as there are links to UK sites, the opening page has loads of local info links and a very full menu bar of 25 titles to pull down, the best has to be the tutorials, this links onto a site called shareAEC, its again stacked out with info and above all videos, the latest are from Johs quick Vectorworks tutorials via youtube, but there are a lot of other Vectorworks presenters like jalmansa. There are also other  packages like Cinema4D with brainstew as the presenter, very nice. Have a look at the blog page, not much there yet but the opening two blogs are very good, the latest is by Milton Grew, who has a long piece “LOOKING FOR UNBIASED INFORMATION”, perhaps he should come to me.

The book list is comprehensive, and although USA biast worth a skim through to find something of interest and zipping oveer to Amazon to see its available here in the UK. So woth a 1/2 hour of quality CPD to check out this site and veiw some of the videos and read a couple of article.

As for the photo, Its St Marks Square, and it was dam hot, and loaded with tourists, but well worth a visit.
